Lola is an experienced Project Manager who is an active member of the Association of Project Management. She joined The Equal Group with a zeal for eradicating inequality in the workplace.

Lola is passionate about planning, organizing, and directing the completion of various projects handled by The Equal group while ensuring these projects are on time, within the project scope and of good quality.

Lola started her career in the Oil and Gas sector as an oil and gas Field Engineer where she worked on various Shell onshore rigs performing wellbore surveys. As a Mechanical Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, she progressed in her career working as a Maintenance Engineer in the Manufacturing Industry. Her path in this industry advanced into the planning and scheduling of engineering projects thereby ushering her career into becoming a Project Management professional.

Lola became passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and decided to become an advocate for encouraging Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. This motivated her to become a Project Manager at The Equal Group where she manages portfolio of projects and oversees the projects from the initiation stage through to execution and completion. She also ensures good stakeholder management thereby reducing any communication gap that can pose as a risk to project delivery. She monitors project progress, sets deadlines, and evaluate project performance

  • Lola led a section of the key project team that assisted in the successful completion of a million dollar turn around maintenance of one of the top fertilizer plants in West Africa.
  • Lola has coordinated teams from various technical backgrounds and became well known for her outstanding performance in those organisations she has worked.

Lola is determined to work alongside The Equal Group team in ensuring successful project delivery by providing organisations with information, data, tools, and all that they require to create an equal, diverse and inclusive working environment.
