Kate Taiwo (She/Her)

Kate is an experienced Project Manager previously working on multi-million pound high profile programmes such as Brexit, ICB ring fencing within top tier investment banks. Kate is responsible for the overall operations of The Equal Group.

Kate has great determination to ensure our operational processes allow for the efficient and effective running of The Equal Group and ensures we deliver valuable and beneficial products and services to our clients.

Kate, an experienced and highly skilled Project Management professional has worked with and for top tier investment banks and consulting firms including the likes of Vantage Point, NatWest Markets, PwC and Morgan Stanley. Kate, well versed in planning, tracking, implementation, coordinating and reporting, ensures all client projects are running at maximum potential. With a heart for empathy and authenticity, Kate is an advocate for significant development inequality, diversity and inclusion, allowing staff to bring their authentic self to work confidently.
