2024 Inclusion Measurement Framework
Thank you for your interest in taking part in the 2024 Energy & Utility Skills Inclusion Measurement Framework – an annual report demonstrating the equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across the energy and utilities sector.
The results identify where change needs to happen for the sector to represent and reflect the communities it serves.
Participation is open to all organisations in the Energy & Utilities sector and is free of charge. You only need to submit the data you already collect and by participating you will be able to benchmark your data against the sector, industry, region and organisation size.

This year there are two elements:
A standalone survey which we are asking Chief Executives and their direct reports (Senior Leadership team) to personally complete*
The Inclusion Measurement Framework (IMF)
The data submission window runs from 10th September to 8th October 2024.

Confidentiality
The Equal Group have taken responsibility for managing this years process, collecting data and providing an analysis. In line with GDPR, all data will be stored and analysed confidentially with anonymisation as standard.
* Participation in the standalone leadership survey is optional but highly encouraged. As a standalone survey, this is not a condition of participation in the Energy & Utility Inclusion Measurement Framework.
